wanote — Disclosure under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

日本語

Last updated: 19 September 2026

Wingrow Studio (“we”) sells Premium (a subscription) inside wanote, an app for keeping a dog's health records. This page is the disclosure required by Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引法).

The Japanese page is the authoritative one. This is a reference translation, provided because the app is bilingual. The disclosure this page makes is the one on the Japanese page, and that page governs if the two ever differ.

About the address and the telephone number. On request from a customer, we will provide, without delay, an email or a written document setting out the matters this Act requires to be disclosed, including our address and telephone number. Write to support@wanote.jp with your name and how to reach you.

2. Prices

Prices in the Japanese store, tax included.

ItemTypePrice (tax included)
Premium (monthly)Subscription, renews every month¥480
Premium (yearly)Subscription, renews every year¥4,800

The app is usable for free. Nothing is charged unless you buy one of the items above. The amount you will actually be charged is shown on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen before you buy, and that amount governs if it differs from the table (stores revise prices for exchange rates and tax).

3. Costs other than the price

4. Payment method and timing

Method

Payment is taken through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Which methods are available depends on your account with that store (card, carrier billing, store balance, gift cards).

Apple and Google process the payment, and we never receive your card number. We never bill you directly.

Timing

5. Delivery

This is digital content: Premium becomes active immediately once the purchase completes, and is usable from that moment.

6. Purchase window

There is no limited window in which these can be bought.

7. Returns and cancellation of a purchase

Because these are digital goods, we cannot accept returns or make refunds ourselves once a purchase has completed.

The purchase is settled with Apple or with Google, so refund requests go to the store, and are decided under that store's refund policy.

We have made no special arrangement limiting our liability where what was delivered does not conform to the contract in kind or quality; the general rules of the Civil Code apply. If you paid and the feature did not turn on, write to support@wanote.jp.

8. Auto-renewal and how to cancel

Premium renews automatically. Cancel it yourself in the App Store's or Google Play's own subscription settings. We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your wanote account does not cancel it either.

Cancel before the next renewal date. Once that date passes the next period is charged, and a period already paid for is not refunded pro rata. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee or penalty.

A free trial may apply to the yearly plan. Whether it applies, how long it lasts, and what you will be charged when it ends are shown on the App Store / Google Play purchase screen before you buy. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged (Apple asks that a trial be cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends).

Cancelling Premium never deletes your records.

9. What it runs on

Installing the app requires an App Store or Google Play account.
